4 teams left in NCAA tournament that are 9 seed or below...who will come out on top?

Four lower seeded teams still remain in tournament.9th seeded University Northern Iowa,10th seeded Saint Mary's, 11th seeded Washington and 12th seeded Cornell. All of these teams are a surprise especially since they beat quality teams to get where they're at. The team that seems to have the best chance to advance again is Saint Mary's. They beat a tough Big East opponent in Villanova with the help of big man Omar Samhan (6-11 260lbs).If the Gael's can get another big performance out of Samhan they should not have a tough time against Baylor.

RON ARTEST THE NEW DENNIS RODMAN!!!...BRANDEN JENNINGS JOINS THE MIX

In Sunday's afternoon game against the Orlando Magic Laker's Forward Ron Artest debut his latest hair due. He stepped onto the court dawning a purple and gold wig. The funny part is none of the words were English so most fans could not decipher what his hair said. Artest is known as a shutdown defender so it was only fitting to put defense in his hair. Defense was spelled out in 3 different languages in Laker purple lettering Japanese,Hindu, and Hebrew.

Rookie Guard Branden Jennings also dazzled NBA with another unique style of his own. In Saturday nights game against the Cleveland Cavaliers Brandon Jennings sported a red Mohawk with two parts on the side to add to latest hair creation. The two are taking fans back to the days of Dennis Rodman who always seemed to shock us with his outrageous hair dye creations.

Baylor Girls Basketball Player Sucker Punches opponent during game!!! Should suspension have been longer?

Brittney Griner may become a household name for all the wrong reasons after she punches Texas Tech Sophomore Forward Jordan Barncastle in the face.Surprisingly she only recieved a two game suspension for the extremely violent act. Seemingly a light penalty I thought the NCAA and the Big 12 conference would have at least penalized her for this season and part of next season.

Season over for two NBA all time greats

Shaquille O' Neal and Allen Iverson are undoubtedly first ballot NBA hall of famers. Not only do they share that but both of their seasons came to an end a day apart. Iverson announced he will not be returning to team to deal with family issues while Shaq will miss 6-8 weeks with a thumb injury. To top it off both were averaging career lows. Iverson with 13.8 ppg for the lowly Sixers and Shaq was averaging a miniscule 12.0 for the league's best Cleveland Cavaliers.
Both were brought to their respective teams to provide veteran leadership and hopefully a few more "W's" in the process. Now both teams have to move on without the superstars.Shaq went down with a thumb injury in the second Qaurter of the Cavs game against the Celtics last Thursday night. While Iverson has been out since February while tending to his four year old daughters illness.
The good thing for Shaq is his team will certainly make the playoffs and can return by then to give the team that dominant post presence they will need down the stretch. The length of his recovery is normally 6-8 weeks but he said he believes it will be about 4-6 weeks. It makes us wonder, could that be the last time the hall of famers ever play in the regular season again?
